Beetroot juice:
- Take 2 medium sized beetroots and wash thoroughly.
- Cut the top of the beetroot and cut into pieces.
- Add two pieces of ginger to the beetroot and grind in juicer.
- Squeeze half lemon in the beetroot juice.
Beetroot halwa:
- Take 2 medium sized beetroot and grated it.
- Saute the grated beetroot with ghee, followed by slow cooking with milk and add sugar.
- Finally add cardamom powder and garnished with dry fruits and chopped nuts.
- Saute 3 tablespoon of oil, 1tablespoon of chana dal, half tablespoon of cumin and 3 red chilli.
- After sauteing, add the pieces of beetroot, 2-3 pieces of ginger.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to blender and add tamarind and blend it.
- Finally transfer to bowl and garnish with coriander leaf.
- Take 1 cup of curd and add the grated beetroot to the curd.
